Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

The Reset Protocol provides private coaching, recovery support, energy-based practices, and structured one-to-one sessions.

Due to the time, preparation, and scheduling involved, all purchases and bookings are subject to the policy below.

2. Session Bookings

All sessions must be booked in advance.

Payment confirms your appointment and reserves dedicated time within the schedule.

Because session spaces are limited, cancellations and refunds are handled under the terms below.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

More than 24 Hours Notice

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with more than 24 hours’ notice may be moved to another available date.

Less than 24 Hours Notice

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time may be charged in full.

Missed Appointments

Failure to attend a booked session without notice will be treated as a completed session and is non-refundable.

4. Refunds

Coaching & Session Services

Refunds are not provided for:

• Completed sessions
• Missed appointments
• Change of mind
• Subjective dissatisfaction where the service has been delivered

Results vary from person to person and cannot be guaranteed.

5. Energy Work & Personal Development Disclaimer

The Reset Protocol may include elements of:

• Energy work
• Reiki
• Intuitive guidance
• Personal development practices

These services are intended to support clarity, wellbeing, and self-development only.

They are not medical treatment, psychotherapy, or mental health services and should not replace professional medical or psychological support.

By booking a session, you acknowledge that:

• You take full responsibility for your own decisions and wellbeing
• No specific outcome or result is guaranteed
• All services are provided in good faith

6. Digital Products & Downloadable Content

Where digital products, PDFs, guides, or downloadable materials are purchased:

• Refunds are not available once the product has been accessed or downloaded

This is in line with UK consumer regulations relating to digital content.

7. Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests outside the above terms may be considered at our discretion in exceptional situations.

Any decision made by The Reset Protocol regarding refunds is final.
